Fee coverage for counselling may be provided by private insurance benefits providers and many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). 
Many benefits providers require clients to pay the full fee for services upfront and will reimburse the amount covered afterward.  Call your insurance provider and ask about the coverage offered by your plan before booking a psychotherapy appointment.
